Two-factor login
Signing in needs your password plus a one-time code. Even if someone learns a password, they still can't get in.
New-device approval
When someone tries to sign in from a new computer or phone, the device has to be approved first. Unknown devices stay out.
Permissions by role and branch
Give each person a role such as sales, accounts or manager. They only see the branches they work in and only do what their role allows.
Activity and audit log
Zinro records who created or changed what, and when. If a question comes up, you can check the history.
Your data is private to your agency
Each agency has its own workspace. Other agencies can never see your customers, suppliers or numbers.
